Your Tasks

  • Manage IT Pricing and IT Budget processes, Develop financial strategies to optimize spending on IT products and services
  • Ad-hoc responsibilities that support the department's financial strategy, including benchmarking, reporting and analysis
  • Help to prepare the negotiation of contracts and agreements with IT vendors to secure favorable terms and pricing for IT products and services
  • Establish IT Vendor Governance (IT Product/Service Sourcing, IT Vendor Selection & Contract Administration)
  • Foster and maintain relationships with IT vendors, ensuring effective communication and collaboration

Your Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or similar education
  • Profound know-how in the areas of license management and IT contracts
  • Technical understanding of IT technologies
  • Financial Background
  • Relevant work experience in the field of IT purchasing, IT Service or license management
  • Excellent English and German skills
  • Analytical capabilities
  • High level of flexibility

The monthly gross salary according to the collective bargaining agreement amounts to minimum EUR 3.512,30.
