Student Job (f/m/x) - IT Operational Excellence (20-25 h/week)

The IT Operational Excellence department drives standardization, optimization and consolidation on strategic level across the Group wherever appropriate. The department also takes over the responsibility of a retained organization towards RBI's main infrastructure and hosting partner Raiffeisen Informatik GmbH & Co KG (R-IT).

Your role with us on the team

• Support with implementing, evaluating, and analysing of company-wide metrics through Power BI
• Learning agile visualization through Jira
• Further developing existing Jira Analytics and Prediction Dashboard
• Establishing dashboards & reports based on Jira Data
• Working in an agile environment and gaining inspiration on agile topics and methodologies

This job is made for you, if...

• you have at least three semesters until the end of your studies
• you have a very good knowledge of German and English, both spoken and written
• you have good knowledge of Power BI
• you have good knowledge of MS Office applications (PowerPoint, Word, especially Excel)
• you have a high level of commitment, self-organization and pro-activeness
• you have strong organizational skills and a structured way of working
• you can bring initial work experience (is an advantage)
