Full Stack Software Developer

Why This Role Is Different
You'll become part of a lean, agile development team working on innovative logistics and mobility platforms. In close collaboration with our Head of Software Development and CTO, you'll play a key role in establishing a consistent and future-proof technology framework. This includes defining standards for clean architecture, modular design principles, and scalable system structures that can be reused across projects and business units. Your contribution will directly support our efforts to consolidate redundant codebases, standardize interfaces, and build maintainable, extensible software components that align with the broader goals of our logistics group.
What You'll Do
- Develop scalable full stack applications using React / Andriod Apps / on the frontend and .NET Framwork or Java on the backend
- Work closely with the Head of Software Development to align on architectural vision, best practices, and innovation roadmaps
- Rapidly prototype, test, and iterate on new features and systems
- Take ownership of modules and contribute to both technical discussions and strategic decisions
- Keep security, performance, and clean code at the core of your implementation
- Actively learn and adopt new technologies where they create value
Tech Stack You'll Work With
- Frontend: React, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Android Apps
- Backend: .NET and .NET Framework (C#), Java
- Database: SQL Server, PostgreSQL
- Tools: Git, Docker, Bitbucket, REST APIs, Jenkins
Who You Are
- 5+ years of professional software development experience
- You are a fast learner and an even faster adopter, always eager to embrace new technologies and contribute to system-wide improvements
- You've worked on both frontend and backend systems and love switching between the two
- You enjoy solving complex problems and writing clean, modular, and maintainable code
- You're curious, open-minded, and constantly looking for better ways to build things
- You thrive in environments where innovation, responsibility, and pace go hand-in-hand
- Experience in the logistics environment or with transport-related platforms is a significant advantage
- Fluent in German and English
