As a Product Owner for IXOPAY's Advanced Payment Orchestration Platform, you will work closely with our product and engineering teams to bring intelligent payment capabilities to life for enterprise clients. You'll break down complex routing logic, retry strategies, and adapter integrations into clear deliverables that help us remain a global leader in orchestration.
Product Owner - Advanced Payment Orchestration Platform
What You'll do
- Own and refine the scrum team's backlog, ensuring alignment with product and engineering goals.
- Translate roadmap features into detailed epics, user stories, and technical acceptance criteria.
- Collaborate with engineers to scope and sequence features like routing logic, tokenization, retries, and failover.
- Manage sprint planning, daily standups, backlog grooming, and retrospectives with your colocated scrum team.
- Partner with QA and engineering leads to ensure feature completeness, technical quality, and platform stability.
- Ensure platform extensibility and maintainability as new gateways, methods, and workflows are added.
What You'll bring
- 3+ years of experience in product ownership, ideally in payments, APIs, or financial infrastructure.
- Understanding of card-present/card-not-present transactions, tokenization, and gateway integration.
- Ability to bridge product vision and technical detail through clearly written user stories.
- Experience working with Agile methodologies and colocated cross-functional teams.
- Strong communication skills and comfort working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Salary
The minimum salary is 55,000 EUR gross per year, the actual salary depends on your qualifications and experience and will be discussed during the interview process.
