Trainee for Service Operations (m/f/d)
You are enthusiastic about Earth Observation? Join our AgroServices Program as a trainee for coordinating and delivering highly innovative agricultural monitoring services.
Your tasks
You ensure the smooth and efficient delivery of our established satellite-based services and support the program lead in managing daily operational activities. You strive to ensure that our solutions meet agreed Service Level Agreements and customer expectations.
- Support the coordination and continuous oversight of day-to-day operations for agricultural monitoring services, ensuring quality and SLA compliance.
- Provide operational support to program management, including reporting, planning, quality assurance checks, and process optimisation.
- Act as a communication interface between internal teams and external clients to ensure seamless service delivery and timely issue resolution.
- Monitor service performance and prepare operational reports, requirements documentation, and recommendations for improvement.
- Support onboarding activities for service expansion into new markets.
Your profile
You are passionate about operational excellence and service delivery addressing global challenges such as agricultural production, sustainable development, or climate change.
- Readiness to deliver and shape new Earth Observation products and services with enthusiasm.
- Student or post-graduate, preferably in the fields of natural sciences or (geo-)information technology.
- Team player with good communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in English and willingness to travel.
