Trever is a fast-growing fintech company providing digital asset infrastructure for financial institutions. As a Head of Product, you will shape the product vision and lead the execution of our product strategy to build a user-centric product.
Head of Product (F/M/X)
Your Tasks
- Overall responsibility for our product development: product management and roadmaps, user experience (UX), process logic, etc.
- Implementation and continuous development of the product strategy
- Developing a deep understanding of customer needs, market trends, and the competitive landscape
- Managing diverse stakeholder interests (C-level, engineering, sales, customers, etc.)
- Coordination and decision-making on product-related goals and strategies
Your Profile
- Motivation to build a user-centric product that transforms the financial industry
- Several years of experience in banking, financial services, capital markets, fintech, or product management (ideally in a B2B SaaS context)
- Basic technical knowledge of software development
- Strong conceptual, analytical, agile, and strategic thinking skills
- High effectiveness, self-initiative, and confidence in decision-making
- Excellent communication skills (English and German) and a strong sense of responsibility

Salary
Depending on your qualifications and experience, we offer a gross monthly salary which starts at EUR4,200 for a full-time position.
