Product Owner with Social Impact

In this role you will:

• Define and communicate the product vision and roadmap in close collaboration with all stakeholders.
• Prioritize and manage the product backlog to deliver the highest customer and business value.
• Translate user needs into clear, actionable user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Work closely with developers, designers, and customer care to ensure smooth and impactful delivery.
• Collect and analyze feedback to continuously improve the product experience.
• Participate in sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives as part of an agile team

We are looking for you because you:

• Have 3+ years of experience as a Product Owner or in a similar role in an agile environment.
• Have a good understanding of software development processes and agile frameworks (Scrum/Kanban).
• Are skilled in turning complex ideas into simple, user-friendly solutions.
• Have strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Love solving problems and making data-driven decisions.
• Enjoy working in a cross-functional team and thrive on collaboration.
• Have a good command of English (spoken and written).
• Have a solid knowledge of bad music for finding the perfect "sprint song".

Salary

The actual salary depends on your qualifications and experience and is between 3,500 EUR und 4,200 EUR gross per month (on a 38.5-hour basis). The salary is paid 14 times per year. There is a willingness to pay more if you are suitably qualified.

Overtime

Any accrued overtime is partially compensated in the form of time off and partially paid out.
