Senior PHP Developer (m/f/d)
Your responsibilities at karriere.at
As a Senior PHP Developer (m/f/d)in the Job Ad Management Team, you will play a key role in the further development and optimization of our core platforms.
- Take on technical responsibility for core projects within the Job Ad Management system.
- Actively work on the evolution of our frameworks and tools to make everyday work more efficient and enjoyable.
- Active participation in the conception and implementation of our AI-powered solutions to automate processes and increase efficiency.
- Ensure high code quality through code reviews, adherence to best practices, and the further development of our CI/CD pipelines.
- Mentor and support fellow developers, fostering a culture of collaboration, knowledge sharing and continuous learning.
Our requirements
- Several years of professional experience in software development with PHP and common frameworks (e.g. Laravel, Symfony, Vue.js, Nuxt).
- In-depth knowledge in developing scalable and highly available microservices and APIs.
- Proficiency in working with relational and NoSQL databases (e.g. MySQL, PostgreSQL, Redis).
- Experience in working with cloud infrastructure (GCP knowledge is a significant plus).
- Fundamental understanding of AI technologies or a strong motivation to actively delve into thos field.
- Confident usage of Git and experience with agile development methodologies (Scrum/Kanban).
- Solid German and/or English language skills.
Salary
The actual salary starts at 4.500EUR gross per month (based on 38.5 hours), depending on qualifications and experience. The salary is paid 14 times a year. In addition, a monthly bonus is granted.
What is your typical working day like?
Depending on the department, working hours are very flexible, and you also have the option of working from home. Almost all karriere.at teams are based at our two locations in Vienna and Linz and are well connected with each other through internal tools and regular visits.
