As a Scrum Master, you will take on multiple teams pushing them to be high performing, especially when agile maturity is low. You will guide through ambiguity to help your teams work uninterrupted and deliver moderately complex, loosely scoped solutions that are aligned with the team's goals. In addition, you will deliver projects and initiatives from the Agile Coaching Office backlog independently or by leading your team-mates to do so.
Scrum Master (m/f/d)
Position Responsibilities
- Perform as a Scrum Master for multiple scrum teams
- Lead/Participate in quarterly Program Increment planning sessions
- Facilitate road mapping, sprint planning sessions, retrospectives, and demos
- Drive effective scrum ceremonies including daily standup, backlog refinement, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives
- Track and distribute relevant metrics and report periodically to show team progress and velocity
- Identify, understand, and track impediments; help remove them and drive improvements to optimize how the team works
- Help the Product Owner manage customer expectations and stakeholder communications
- Act as a liaison between the team and stakeholders to minimize interruptions to the sprint, keeping the team focused on delivering a quality product on time
- Ensure cross-team coordination & collaboration
Position qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Information Technology, or related fields
- Several years of professional experience in using Scrum agile methodology
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM) a plus
- Automation or Report identification and creation a plus
- Experience training and managing Scrum teams
- Adaptable and flexible in a cross-functional environment
- Very good English skills
- Demonstrated ability to build, develop, and coach high-performing software development teams
- Ability to thrive in a fast-moving environment and work on multiple priorities and/or projects simultaneously without impact to quality of work

Salary
The actual minimum salary is 4,642 EUR gross per month (on a 38.5-hour basis), the actual salary depends on your qualifications and experience. The salary is paid 14 times per year. The collective agreement Informationstechnologie, Datenverarbeitung (IT) applies.
Overtime
Any accrued overtime is partially compensated in the form of time off and partially paid out.
