Head of Product Management - Home Appliances (m/f/x)

Your tasks, You…

will be P&L responsible for the assigned product category

will lead & develop a team of product specialists while ensuring a collaborative team environment

will formulate and direct the go-to-market strategy in conjunction with cross-functional partners

are responsible for the overall product strategy and management of the product life cycle

lead new product innovation roadmaps in partnership with global HQ reporting

develop customer-specific strategies, forecasts and analyses

prepare and conduct internal and external presentations

improve and optimize processes

use weekly analyses as a basis for management decision-makings

ensure a close cooperation with Sales, Supply Chain, Marketing, EHQ and HQ Teams

create emotions to persuade team members and partners about new ideas

Your profile, You...

have a positive appearance & manner and the ability to convince and raise emotions

hold a minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in a related field. MBA is a plus

have several years of experience in a leading role in the CE sector (PM or Sales)

have deep knowledge of the Austrian market and the key players

are fluent in German and English (written and spoken)

have excellent Excel and MS Office Skills

have a high level of multitasking efficiency & priority setting

have strong analytical skills and the ability to read, analyse and interpret data studies

are flexible and a quick decision-maker

have a hands-on mentality & the ability to adapt quickly to processes and changes

are a committed, team-oriented and stress-resistant personality
