Job

• Verantwortung für die nutzerzentrierte Gestaltung von B2B-Anwendungen im Umfeld der Intercom-Technologie
• Konzeption und Design von Intercom-Geräte-UIs sowie Web- und Mobile-Applikationen
• User Research: Erforschung von Nutzerbedürfnissen sowie Durchführung von Usability-Tests mit Kunden, Integratoren und Endnutzern in enger Abstimmung mit dem Produktmanagement
• Mitarbeit an abwechslungsreichen Projekten: Weiterentwicklung bestehender Produkte, innovative AI- und Voice-UI-Lösungen sowie Usability Engineering in Hardware-Entwicklungsprojekten
• Erstellung von interaktiven Click-Prototypen und physischen Prototypen für Kundendemos und Early-User-Tests
• Weiterentwicklung und Pflege eines unternehmensweiten Design Systems in enger Zusammenarbeit mit den Software-Entwicklungsteams
• Aktiver Ausbau von UX in der internationalen Organisation anhand des NN/g UX Maturity Models sowie Betreuung des Lead-User-Panels

Skills

• Abgeschlossene Ausbildung oder Studium im Bereich Mediendesign, Design & Produktmanagement, Human-Computer Interaction, Informationsdesign oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation bzw. mehrjährige Berufserfahrung
• Fundierte Erfahrung in Web- und App-Design, Interaktionsdesign, Produktdesign sowie Prototyping
• Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsstärke, Empathie im Umgang mit internen und externen Stakeholdern sowie diplomatisches Geschick
• Hohes Maß an Eigeninitiative, Qualitätsbewusstsein und strukturierter Arbeitsweise
• Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift sowie Reisebereitschaft

Von Vorteil: Grundkenntnisse in Frontend-Technologien, Erfahrung im Rapid Prototyping (z. B. Arduino), Praxis in der Durchführung moderierter Usability-Tests oder Fokusgruppen
