All infos regarding your application
Application process
- Step 1: 20-min "get-to-know" call
We start with a 20-minute video call to streamline our mutual expectations. This call serves as the first acquaintance and also the clarification of some hard facts, e.g. your possible starting time, how many hours you want to work, and your salary ambitions.
- Step 2: 1h remote videocall
If the expectations match, we invite our candidates to a one hour session. Two randomly selected people from the SQUER team will talk to you about your career path, experiences, and interests.
- Step 3: Onsite hands-on session
In the last round we ask you to spend four hours with us and work together with different teams. You will solve a hands-on coding challenge and will work together with us on an architecture case study. Our tasks are adapted to your experience and will give you a realistic impression of our work.
- Step 4: Feedback
Ultimately, all persons involved in the interview process discuss their impressions. Also, the salary is being discussed openly and matched against your peers. It is important for us to take a decision right away and give you individual and personal feedback.
