In this role, you are a trusted support for employees, managers and different stakeholders. You help make daily processes smooth and reliable by handling requests, keeping systems up to date and coordinating projects as well as follow-up actions. With your structured way of working and clear communication, you make sure people feel well informed and supported.
- Independently familiarize yourself with new technologies to be able to apply and train improvements to the current system
- Collaborate with employees from different departments in three ALPLA plants
- Coordinate and conduct regular employee training regarding updates and enhancements to the ERP system
- Record, control, and evaluate changes within the ERP system environment to ensure stable operations
- Understand processes, independently implement process improvements in the areas of logistics, planning, material management, and master data
- Introduce new supply chain processes and ERP systems and provide first level support for them

- First experience with ERP systems and basic understanding of supply chain management

- Willingness to travel within Austria
