We are looking for a Project Manager strengthening our team.
Your tasks
You will collaborate with our innovation, development, and operations teams and coordinate with our international customers the implementation of innovative satellite-based environmental land monitoring solutions. Your responsibilities include:
- Planning, implementation and controlling of projects (scope, budget, schedule, risks)
- Functional analysis of customer requirements and consulting
- Implementing projects according to project and quality management standards
- Leading or contributing to interdisciplinary and international project teams
- Organizing and managing project meetings
- Promotion of our products and services
- Support the identification of new business opportunities and collaboration in project acquisition
Your strengths & competences
You excel in environments where strategic planning aligns with practical implementation and meet the following requirements:
- Completed studies in (geo-)informatics domain or corresponding professional experience in the EO, GIS or IT sector (3+ years)
- Experience in project management (3+ years ); certification of advantage (e.g. PMI, IPMA, PRINCE2)
- Strong communication skills and the ability to balance stakeholder interests in an international environment
- Motivated to actively engage and shape new topics in Earth Observation and environmental monitoring
- Willingness to travel internationally
- Fluent English
