The future SVP HR will manage and develop people as well as teams across several international locations and will develop and implement the people agenda, define priorities, ambition levels and targets based on the business strategy. She/he will strongly drive change and improvement of processes and IT-tools, including working towards a virtual shared services structure. Futhermore, he/she will support the business growth plan from HR perspective, will provide advice and professional coaching & support to the leadership team, drive diversity and inclusion, as well as promote a homogenious company culture.
We are looking for a senior HR professional with profound generalist HR experience, a demonstrated level of competence in change management, leadership and organizational development, as well as experience in leading organizational transformation. The person should be a strong people leader with a proven ability to contribute to senior international leadership team topics, with broad knowledge of HR practices, especially in leadership development, talent management, organizational development and HR digitalisation. We are looking for international experience, a strategic and business mindset, the ability and willingness to both challenge and be challenged.
