As Global Digital Security Trainee you'll stay on top of digital security risks and threats and increase maturity of security management, transparency of drivers, capabilities progress, and issues. In our team you'll supports the Digital Security team in shaping the approach to measure state and progress of security with suitable performance (KPIs, KRIs, KGIs) and results (OKRs) metrics and dashboards. The defined metrics respectively KPIs allow conclusions to identify weaknesses and/or action items.
In this role you'll balance approaches for metrics and to keep track of state and progress. You'll work with the Security Team and support in defining metrics, indicators etc. and means to measure them.
In our team you get to work on dashboards to track metrics. You'll also align with you stakeholders on impact of measurement and periodic reporting. Together with the team you'll establish a reporting service and guidance for interpretation of reports. Lastly, you'll derive measures based on the KPIs for certain areas throughout Red Bull and furthermore identify risks from the defined landscape.
