Sustainability Reporting Specialist
Your duties & responsibilities:
As Sustainability Reporting Specialist you are part of the Group Sustainability Team and located at our Headquarter in Vienna. You report directly to the Team Leader Group Sustainability and among your exciting daily duties and responsibilities are:
- Sustainability data controlling and data processing, as well as enhancing the monitoring and controlling mechanism for environmental data
- Assuring completeness and quality of corporate sustainability reporting
- Facilitating the process of compiling the consolidated sustainability report
- Monitoring standard development and regulatory reporting requirements
- Creating reports and documents for sustainability trainings
- Supporting stakeholder dialog on sustainability topics via various communication channels
Requirements:
- University Graduate (Scientific /Technical Studies)
- ~ 3 years of experience in sustainability reporting (data collection, process management and auditing)
- Professional experience in non-financial reporting, ideally in the manufacturing industry
- Very good MS Office skills
- Fluent in English (German is an advantage)
- Structured way of working, analytical thinking and affinity to work with numbers
- Excellent communication skills

The minimum annual gross salary according to the applicable collective bargaining agreement amounts to EUR 49.510,16 plus overpayment (for full time). The overpayment depends on the qualifications of the jobholder.
