Join our dynamic IT Area team as the Management Point of Contact (MPOC) for our small and mid-size subsidiaries in Europe!
As a key player, you will foster strong relationships with the local business and IT teams. You manage selected projects in scope, time and budget and your impact extends to ensuring a skilled local IT team across Europe and Latin America, comprising approximately 60 colleagues in 31 subsidiaries. In collaboration with the IT Operations Management team, you'll champion seamless IT service operations, enhance existing standards, and strive for the highest levels of end-user satisfaction. RESPONSIBILITIES

All the responsibilities we'll trust you with:

BUSINESS & IT RELATIONSHIP MANAGEMENT IT EUROPE

Act as the primary point of contact for defined small and mid-size subsidiaries in Europe. Establish strong relationships with local business peers and IT colleagues through regular communication, demand capture, and effective management of IT budgets as well as operational aspects. Additionally, provide support to local Finance and/or IT Managers in the recruitment of local IT talent and/or partner selection processes as required.

IT PROJECT MANAGEMENT

Efficiently manage and deliver designated projects in scope, time, and budget. Apply the Red Bull IT project management methodology and established standards for optimal project execution.

LOCAL IT SKILLS MANAGEMENT

Ensure a skilled local IT team of roughly 60 colleagues across Europe and Latin America. Own the proper onboarding of new IT team members into the role and ensure to baseline and continuously develop required skills in line with our IT service portfolio and local (business) needs - including technical, organizational and cross-functional such as project management, communication and presentation skills.

IT SERVICE OPERATIONS MANAGEMENT

Ensure the smooth IT service operation and support across Europe and Latin America by pushing the working interface between support teams and operations partners to the next level. Leverage and improve present standards and baselines for achieving the highest end-user satisfaction and improving the overall IT support quality.

Experience

Your areas of knowledge and expertise

That matter most for this role:

  • 3-5 years of professional experience in the field of IT
  • University degree in IT, business informatics or equivalent job experience
  • Proficiency in English
  • IT Infrastructure and Business Applications background
  • Cross-cultural collaboration experience or interest
  • Strong communication, moderation, and project management skills; ITIL knowledge is a plus
  • Team-oriented, self-motivated, and results-driven with a structured work approach
  • Travel: 10-20 %

Due to legal reasons we are obliged to disclose the minimum salary according to the collective agreement for this position, which is EUR 2.229 gross per month. However, our attractive compensation package is based on market-oriented salaries and is therefore significantly above the stated minimum salary.
