Your Tasks

• Contributing to the development and continuous improvement of security policies, standards, and processes at the group level
• Advising business units on all matters related to information security
• Conducting risk analyses, audits, and gap analyses, as well as supporting the implementation of corrective actions
• Developing and maintaining an effective security governance framework in line with regulatory requirements
• Identifying and assessing security risks in close collaboration with IT risk management
• Working closely with interdisciplinary teams to integrate security requirements into business and IT processes

Your Profile

• Completed degree or training in (business) informatics / information security
• Several years of experience in IT/information security, particularly in governance & strategy
• Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, network security, and relevant standards (e.g., ISO 27001)
• Experience in interdisciplinary projects, analytical thinking, and a strong security awareness
• Certifications (e.g., CISM, CISA) and industry knowledge (insurance / regulated sectors) are a plus
• Very good English skills; additional CEE languages are a plus, and willingness to travel (approx. 25%)

The annual gross salary (full-time) for the position is at least EUR 50.000,-. Do you have extensive experience and expertise? If so, we're happy to offer a salary above this amount in recognition of your qualifications.
