What to do:
- Documentation Governance: support with the activities related to documentation governance, such as definition and enforcing rules related to our documentation platforms, performing quality reviews, tyding up and cleaning up or extending and improving our guidelines and templates.
- Communication Governance: support with the communication governance actitivies, such us helping creating and executing an internal communications plan, facilitating the Ask Me Anything sessions and the Townhalls.
- Aim to leave a lasting positive impact within our organization.
You check these boxes:
- You are studying at a university or university of applied sciences, ideally pursuing a degree in Science or IT.
- Ideally you have some experience with our tech stack: Jira, Confluence, Sharepoint Lists, Sharepoint libraries, PowerAutomate, Planner/Project, PowerBI.
- You are eager to leand and discover new things, i.e. you have a growth mindset.
- You are competent in communication and interpersonal interactions.
- You have theoretical knowledge about agile mindset, values and principles. Any experience working in an agile environment is considered a plus.
- You are communicative, curious, and empathetic, treating all people with respect.
- You are ready to step beyond your comfort zone and assume responsibility.
- You are able to express your values and opinions fluently in English.

- We offer you a varied part-time internship position (20-30h/week) for 12 months. An internship salary of 3175,00EUR for Bachelor Students or 3300,00EUR for Master Students (gross per month on a full-time basis) is offered.
