the Data & Enablement Tribe.
Lead and mentor a high-performing Data and AI chapter, driving excellence in machine learning, data science, and innovation
Align AI initiatives with strategic business goals through close collaboration with leadership and cross-functional teams
Ensure compliance with data governance and regulatory standards such as GDPR and the EU AI Act
Translate complex AI solutions into clear, impactful outcomes for both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Champion best practices in ethical AI, data quality, and enterprise-grade architecture and model governance
Do you have a strong foundation in enterprise data architecture and hands-on experience with advanced AI techniques like NLP, LLMs, or deep learning?
Have you successfully led and mentored data science or AI professionals for at least 2-3 years?
Are you skilled in building ML pipelines and deploying AI systems in production, ideally with experience on the GCP platform?
Are you familiar with MLOps, data governance, and responsible AI practices, and can you apply them in real-world projects?
Can you communicate complex technical topics clearly to diverse stakeholders and operate confidently in a fast-paced, evolving environment?
