Business Analyst - Identity & Access Management Team (f/m/x)
Are you a skilled Business Analyst passionate about Identity and Access Management (IAM)?
RBI is seeking a driven and experienced Business Analyst to join our IAM team. Your expertise will be vital in bridging business and technical needs, driving analytical excellence, and supporting secure identity management across the organization.
Your mission at RBI:
- Requirements Gathering & Analysis: Work closely with stakeholders to collect, analyze, and document business and functional requirements for IAM initiatives.
- Process Mapping & Optimization: Analyze current IAM processes, identify gaps or inefficiencies, and propose improvements to streamline identity and access workflows.
- Solution Design Support: Translate business needs into detailed specifications and user stories for IAM solutions; support the design and testing of new systems or enhancements, with a focus on OneIdentity IDM.
- Documentation: Create and maintain clear process documentation, business requirements documents, user guides, and training materials.
- Change Management & Training: Support change management activities, including user training, communications, and adoption strategies for new IAM processes and tools.
- Compliance & Audit Support: Assist in ensuring IAM processes align with regulatory and internal compliance requirements, and support audit activities as required.
Your core competencies:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience (3+ years) as a Business Analyst, ideally with exposure to IAM, cybersecurity, or IT security projects.
- Hands-on experience with OneIdentity IDM or similar identity management platforms is highly preferred.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience in process mapping, requirements elicitation, and gap analysis.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience creating process documentation, business requirements documents, and user stories.
- Familiarity with IAM concepts, such as user provisioning, access reviews, role-based access control (RBAC), and identity governance.
- Proficiency with business analysis tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, or similar).
- Experience working in Agile or hybrid project environments.
- Knowledge of cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure) and their IAM capabilities is a plus.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and committed to continuous professional development.
