Head of Go-to-market & Service Architecture (f/m/d) Group Business Delivery Center

We're looking for an experienced and practical leader to set up and develop a core function within A1 Group's international service organization. As Head of Go-to-market & Service Architecture, you will play a foundational role in setting up the structure, processes, and direction for how we standardize, position, and deliver digital services across multiple markets. This is a unique opportunity to establish a high-impact function and later transition into leading its sustainable growth across the A1 footprint.

Your mission: Design and implement the operational blueprint for our GTM & Service Architecture function--and lead its evolution into a cross-market, value-driving capability.

Service Architecture & Standardization | Go-to-market Strategy & Sales Enablement | AI & Automation in Service Delivery | Contractual & Regulatory Compliance

• Define and implement the operating model for Go-to-market & Service Architecture at group level, focusing first on standardization of service components across all countries, structure, governance, and process setup.
• Lead the design of a modular, scalable service portfolio in cloud, IT infrastructure, and managed services, aligning technical and business requirements.
• Develop and execute a group-wide Go-to-market strategy in coordination with Group Portfolio Management and local sales teams, supporting value positioning and market readiness.
• Build and lead a Service Presales team that supports local sales units in opportunity development and customer engagement, while also driving sales enablement through training, certifications, and knowledge-sharing initiatives.
• Drive integration of AI agents and automation into service design and delivery to enhance scalability, speed, and quality.
• Ensure services and contracts comply with regulatory standards across all A1 Group countries, in close collaboration with Group Alliance Management, legal and compliance teams.
• Foster collaboration across product, delivery, legal, and local business units to ensure seamless and aligned service delivery.

Your Profile

• Longstanding experience in IT service architecture, presales, or Go-to-market leadership roles, ideally in a multinational environment
• Deep understanding of cloud services, IT infrastructure, and managed services
• Proven experience in service modularization, automation, and AI integration
• Strong knowledge of contract management, compliance, and regulatory frameworks across multiple countries
• English (B2 level); knowledge of German or other languages are a plus
• Willingness to travel occasionally across A1 Group markets

It is important to us that your salary reflects your qualifications and experience. It can exceed the collective agreement and starts at EUR 130,000 gross per year.
