Head of ERP Applications (m/f/x)
Our client is an international industrial group with an office in Vienna. For this company we are searching for a Head of ERP Applications (m/f/x) with a strong operational and strategic background in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O) to lead and develop its business application landscape across Europe.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the functional roadmap and daily operations of Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O across multiple European business units.
- Oversee the full suite of business applications (ERP and non-ERP), ensuring system reliability, scalability, and alignment with business objectives.
- Drive strategic application projects, including ERP rollouts, system upgrades, and functional enhancements.
- Manage and mentor a team of internal consultants and application experts.
- Implement governance structures, change management processes, and thorough documentation standards.
- Act as the key interface between business stakeholders and IT delivery teams.
- Oversee vendor relationships, contractual matters, and application-related budgets.
- Define and maintain integration and data quality standards across the application landscape.
- Contribute to the overall IT strategy with a focus on process and application enablement.
Your Profile
- Several years' experience managing ERP and business applications, with strong expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O.
- Proven track record in managing ERP-related projects and implementations across multiple countries.
- Demonstrated leadership skills in managing internal teams and external partners.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively across business and IT functions.
- Fluent in English; German will be a nice to have
- Willingness to travel within Europe (approx. 10-20%).
Our client offers a minimum gross annual salary of EUR 100,000 for this role, with a clear willingness to significantly exceed this amount depending on qualifications and experience.
