The Securities Compliance team is responsible for preventing and detecting insider trading and market manipulation. Our experts provide regulatory advice, monitor trading activities, and ensure compliance with capital market laws.
Your Tasks
- Support and enhance the compliance monitoring system, including regulatory documentation
- Monitor trading activities to detect potential violations, market manipulation, and insider trading
- Maintain and update watch and restricted lists
- Conduct data analysis and contribute to compliance-related projects
Your Background
- Ongoing studies at a university or university of applied sciences, ideally with a focus on law, business, or IT
- Strong interest in financial markets, compliance, and capital markets law
- Analytical mindset, structured and independent working style
- Excellent English skills; German and/or a CEE language is an advantage
- Strong communication and teamwork skills, initiative, and organizational talent
