In your new role you will:

Strategic Product Management as a Global Product Management Role:

• Lead g lobal product commercialization and go-to-market (G2M) activities at the product level, coordinating with Regional Product Management teams
• Manage product lifecycle and contribute to product roadmap development with Product Marketing
• Drive product strategy development and Bluebook preparation in collaboration with Product Marketing
• Update and maintain business cases to ensure product viability
• Develop and monitor product forecasts and financial performance metrics
• Organize and moderate global cross-functional team meetings to drive responsible business
• Define and update pricing strategies, including: operational price guidelines and corridors, Volume Purchase Agreements (VPA) pricing guidelines and limits, support for critical quoting decisions
• Develop and execute training programs and product documentation

Marketing Analysis & Reporting:

• Implement and maintain marketing forecast data in central tools for business analysis
• Create and analyze business reports, identifying key highlights and business-critical points
• Provide meaningful insights and recommendations based on data analysis
• Design and implement processes aligned with requirement

Report to Team Lead Product Management:

• Hold significant influence over short-term revenues and segment results
• Make critical decisions regarding product pricing and market positioning

As a Staff Specialist Product Management, you have a clear notion of how innovation contributes to the commercial success of the company. Furthermore, you set yourself ambitious goals. Lastly, you are able to quickly establish a successful cooperation.

You are best equipped for this task if you have:

• A technical degree, e.g., in Electronic Engineering or Informatics, or Physics
• At least 3 to 5 years relevant experience in automotive application, preferable in applications in the HV inverter and OBC/DC-DC market related
• Experience in customer interaction in the automotive area with OEMs and T1s, ideally for HV Inverter and OBC
• Proven skills in managing cross-functional teams, including sales & marketing, supply chain, and technical experts, to form a winning team to drive the responsible business in PL
• Very good market analytical skills for market forecasting and demand projection in short-, and long-term
• Intercultural skills to drive a diverse of in the different regions with a marketing and technical focus
• Fluent English skills

We offer competitive salaries and additional benefits based on your performance, experience and qualification. The employment is in accordance with the collective salary and wage agreement for employees of the electrical and electronics industry, employment group G (https://www.feei.at/wp-content/uploads/2023/05/minimum-salaries-white-collar-workers-2024.pdf). The monthly salary is paid 14 times p.a. We offer a higher compensation depending on your expertise and skills.
