Purpose & key responsibilities of the role
- Along with internal teams and external partners, you will manage and further develop the Lenzing customer platforms, including the E-Branding Services management
- You will collaborate cross-functionally to identify and implement process improvements that enhance efficiency, streamline workflows and enable better utilization of data and analytics to support business decisions
- You will formulate a digital product strategy in alignment with corporate and business strategy, translating it into a clearly articulated and continuously updated product roadmap
- You will oversee the Lenzing Traceability Project to increase transparency and traceability across the value chain, leading and coordinating the platform integration project and ensuring the new system captures and is aligned with all necessary Lenzing requirements
- You will lead, mentor and develop the digital product management team, establishing clear goals, fostering collaboration and supporting team integration and performance
- You will set and manage budgets for digital projects and branding initiatives, monitoring and optimizing resource allocation based on business needs
Your ideal profile for this exciting role
- You hold a Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems or a related field
- You have a minimum of 7 years of experience in complex project and/or process management, ideally having managed IT/digital projects
- You possess exceptional analytical skills and have considerable experience in data management and analysis
- You are a collaborative team player with strong networking abilities and intercultural sensitivity
- You excel in customer engagement and relationship building
- You have prior experience working in agile environments
- You are skilled at working effectively in cross-functional and distributed teams
The monthly gross salary for this position, in line with the collective agreement in the chemical industry and based on 38-hour working week, will be at least EUR 4.300,- with a willingness to overpay depending on qualifications and experience. Additionally you will take part in the Lenzing bonus system. We offer flexible working time and remote working options.
