Senior IT Business Analyst (f/m/x)

Your mission at RBI

  • Act as the primary interface between Business and Operations stakeholders and IT delivery teams for our core card products (Private Individuals & Legal Entities)
  • Analyze, document, and structure business requirements for new features, process improvements, and strategic data initiatives
  • Facilitate requirements workshops to drive alignment and clarity in a complex, multi-stakeholder and multi-vendor environment
  • Support the Product Owner in structuring, refining, and breaking down the product backlog into clear, actionable user stories
  • Create and maintain key business analysis documentation, including process flows, data mapping specifications, and functional requirements
  • Elaborate detailed mappings for interfaces between our core platforms and downstream systems
  • Support test case design and the definition of acceptance criteria and assist in User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
  • Assist in troubleshooting application issues and incidents by providing clear analysis of the business impact and root cause.

Your core competencies:

  • University degree or similar with a business or technical background
  • Minimum 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in the banking or payments industry
  • Proven experience in managing complex stakeholder relationships and navigating ambiguous or changing requirements in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong skills and deep knowledge of business process modeling and requirements engineering methods
  • A proactive, resilient, and solution-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently
  • Good understanding of data concepts and data flows; SQL/coding skills are a strong advantage
  • Experience with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and tools (JIRA, Confluence) is highly desirable
  • Fluent knowledge of English
