Scrum Master (f/m/d)

As a Scrum Master, you will coach, develop, and support one or more PALDIAG development teams.

Our diagnostic and configuration application PALDIAG is mission-critical. This means that PALFINGER products come into contact with PALDIAG multiple times: during delivery to the customer and during every service activity for electronic components. Using agile processes (SCRUM) and modern technologies, the PALDIAG teams continuously develop the application and support product innovations. The teams work closely with the design, mechatronics, and customer service departments. This means you will make a direct contribution to product success - software development that you can experience firsthand in the product!

Responsibilities

  • Support development teams through the correct application of agile methods and tools to harness the full power of agility in product development
  • Promote self-organized work within teams
  • Identify internal and cross-team conflicts and actively moderate them
  • Support team members in removing obstacles themselves
  • Improve the organization's agile processes together with your Scrum Master colleagues

Qualifications

  • Completed university degree (preferably with an IT focus)
  • In-depth knowledge of agile methods and tools acquired through several years of professional experience as a Scrum Master, Agile Coach, Product Owner, or Project Manager
  • High level of coordination skills, assertiveness, and a solution- and success-oriented approach to understanding complex issues and interrelationships
  • Fluent German and English
  • Willingness to travel (approx. 10%)
