To keep our operations running smoothly and efficiently, we need a Senior IT Project Manager who can expertly lead our IT and organizational projects, ensuring they align with our vision and deliver exceptional results.
Your Mission
As our Senior IT Project Manager, you'll be the driving force behind critical IT and organizational projects, responsible for:
- Leading International IT/Organizational Projects: You'll take the reins on diverse IT projects, often with an international scope, ensuring their successful planning, implementation, coordination, and oversight
- Strategic Planning & Resource Management: You'll develop comprehensive project plans, identify all necessary stakeholders and align the internal requirements and processes
- Stakeholder Liaison: You'll be the central point of contact, effectively communicating with project team members, vendors, and end-users to gather requirements and manage expectations throughout the project lifecycle
- Monitoring & Adaptation: You'll continuously monitor project progress, identify potential roadblocks and implement necessary changes to keep the projects on track
- Clear Communication & Reporting: You'll prepare and share vital project communications, provide regular updates on progress, key milestones, and critical decisions
- Ensuring Compliance & Best Practices: You'll guarantee that all projects adhere to objectives, organizational policies, procedures, and established standards, including best practices, SOPs, and PMO policies
- Evolve project management methods: You always challenge our way of work and bring in new ideas, working approaches and methods. You don´t hesitate to try out innovative approaches
Your skills
- You have several years of experience in IT Project Management with a proven track record of delivering successful projects
- You can lead projects in English and German
- You possess strong leadership skills, exceptional communication abilities, and a keen eye for detail
- You're adept at navigating international team dynamics and are committed to upholding the highest project management standards

With over 170 employees it can be difficult to maintain the startup atmosphere, so we place a lot of emphasis on a friendly working atmosphere and extensive onboarding.
For this position, we offer you a gross monthly salary starting at EUR 4.500 on a full-time basis. Of course, we take into account your individual qualifications and experience and are willing to pay an appropriate overpayment. We will be happy to discuss details in person.
