Design and develop ETL/ELT pipelines and workflows to integrate data via integration layer (iPaaS) from different systems into a central Data Lakehouse
Transform and integrate data from various systems to support a Single Source of Truth (SSOT)
Prepare and provide data for innovative software solutions and AI applications
Implement mechanisms for monitoring data quality and resolving issues within data pipelines to ensure the integrity of our SSOT
Work closely with Business Analysts and Software Development teams to integrate data requirements
Identify performance bottlenecks and continuously optimize data processing workflows and infrastructure
Ensure the stability and efficiency of existing data processes through proactive monitoring and maintenance

Academic degree in the field of Data Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems or a related field (certifications in Data Engineering, Cloud platforms or ETL/ELT tools are an asset)
3+ years of professional experience in the field of Data Engineering
(ideally with touchpoints in building integration layers, iPaaS)
Hands-on experience with ETL/ELT frameworks
Profound knowledge in SQL, NoSQL and Java or Python for contributing to API development
You stay up to date with the latest approaches
(e.g. AI data retrieval architecture, data governance and privacy regulations)
Negotiation-level proficiency in English
Strong analytical thinking, ability to solve complex data-related challenges, strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset
