Solution Architect (f/m/x)
The Solution Architect drives and guides the design, development, and delivery of end-to-end solutions across multiple products and teams. In the Group Prime Services Tribe, we are responsible for a range of financial solutions for institutional clients.You will act as the crucial bridge between different technologies as well as between technology and business, transforming complex requirements into efficient, scalable state-of-the-art solutions. This role requires technical expertise, strategic thinking and hands-on execution to transform the technical environment and make it future proof.
Your Mission at RBI:
- Lead the transformation of existing infrastructure and systems, by implementing cutting-edge technologies to enhance our operations
- Create concepts, visualizations and designs for E2E solutions both in legacy as well as new technologies, with a focus on resilience, performance, and security
- Drive collaboration and consensus among various stakeholders, by negotiating and advocating for solutions that align with our strategic goals.
- Ensure the successful adoption of new systems and technologies
- Create a vision together with the management and act as sparring partner in transforming the area and drive the technology renewal
Your Core Competencies:
- Work experience as solution architect or a similar role in a corporation
- Solid foundation in information technology, software development, system architecture, and IT infrastructure management
- Experience with different AI tools or LLMs in a work context
- Proven negotiation and communication skills in English
- Motivation to learn continuously and work on a strategic level
- Highly customer-oriented and result-driven approach
- Capability of collaborating in interdisciplinary teams and ability to drive change and innovation
- Experience in a financial institution is an advantage
- German skills are a plus
