Job Description
- Drive the strategic planning and continuous development of the SOC and SIEM service strategy aligned with security requirements and compliance standards.
- Manage the full lifecycle of SOC/SIEM services, including design, implementation, operation, and ongoing maintenance to ensure high availability and performance.
- Lead technical projects to introduce and enhance SOC and SIEM functionalities and technologies.
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies and trends in the SOC/SIEM landscape to improve service efficiency and meet evolving customer needs.
- Define, monitor, and ensure adherence to Service Level Agreements (SLAs) to guarantee service quality.
- Collaborate closely with internal competence centers and external customers to capture requirements and tailor service delivery accordingly.
- Communicate regularly with customers about service status, security events, and ongoing improvements to build trust and maintain strong relationships.
- Create and present comprehensive reports on service performance, KPIs, and security incidents for management and clients.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams and external partners to ensure smooth operation and continuous improvement of SOC services.
The Successful Applicant
- Proven experience in managing and leading SOC and SIEM services, ideally within complex, multi-tenant or international environments.
- Strong technical knowledge of SOC/SIEM systems, cybersecurity frameworks, and compliance standards (e.g., ISO 27001).
- Demonstrated ability to drive IT projects and coordinate expert teams with a customer-focused mindset.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of engaging with both technical teams and senior stakeholders internationally.
- Analytical thinker with strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, able to perform well under pressure.
- Fluent in English; proficiency in German is an advantage.
- A proactive, collaborative, and results-oriented approach, with a passion for continuous learning and innovation.
