Procurement Analyst - 12 month Fixed Term Contract (m/f/x)

Your role at Dynatrace

We're looking for a Procurement Analyst to join our Global Procurement team. This is a Fixed Term Contract for 12 months, with the potential to become a permanent role.

In this position as a Procurement Analyst, you will play a critical role in enhancing our procurement function by combining data-driven insights with strategic sourcing techniques. You'll partner across the business to drive smarter sourcing, improved processes, and strengthened supplier/ stakeholder relationships - all while helping scale a world-class procurement function.

Responsibilities

• Support sourcing and negotiation strategies across multiple indirect categories (software, services, and general business spend)
• Assist with optimizing procurement systems and contract lifecycle management to improve efficiency and transparency.
• Develop and run supplier management programs, including KPIs and SLAs, to monitor quality, risk, and compliance
• Partner with Legal, Privacy, Security and stakeholders to align procurement with business objectives and mitigate risk.
• Analyze spend data, market/technology trends, and supplier performance to identify cost-saving opportunities and process improvements.
• Support project management across sourcing activities, ensuring timely execution and stakeholder engagement.
• Engage internally and externally to ensure that business needs are met quickly and efficiently.

• Proven track record of participating in negotiations for all types of category spend.
• Understanding of Sourcing and Procurement leading practices and the ability to communicate at a strategic and operational level.  
• Proactive mindset with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, global environment.
• Experience working with ERP/ procurement systems such as NetSuite, Zip

Compensation Data

• We offer attractive compensation packages with numerous benefits and advantages.
• Due to legal reasons, we must disclose the minimum salary for this position, which is EUR55,000 gross per year based on full-time employment. We offer a higher salary that is in line with qualifications and experience.
