The Business Support & Processes Desk is part of the Group Corporate Steering & Business Development department within the Group Corporates & Markets division. We support internal corporate clients by providing centralized business support services and digital solutions - both within existing credit processes and in strategic projects. Our team contributes to the optimization, automation, and further development of data-driven processes and actively supports strategic initiatives. A key focus is on supporting the Large Corporates and Group Commercial Real Estate areas in shaping credit processes.
Your Tasks
- Support daily business operations and contribute to the improvement of business processes
- Assist in communication with internal clients and system users
- Contribute to initiatives aimed at enhancing user experience (UX) and efficiency in business support
- Create content for user guides, training materials, and internal communications
Your Background
- Ongoing studies at a university or university of applied sciences in Business, IT, or a related field
- Language skills: German and English (minimum B2 level)
- Team player with a strong interest in digitalized end-to-end credit processes
- Customer-oriented, independent, and structured working style
Our Offer
- Start: January 2026 - for 6 months full-time (38.5h/week) or 12 months part-time (19.25h/week)
- Internship allowance: EUR 2,660,50 gross/month on a full-time basis (excluding mandatory internships)
