Platform / DevOps Engineer - Operations & Infrastructure (m/f/d)

Your future areas of responsibility include:
- Design, build, and operate scalable cloud environments based on AWS
- Ensure the stability, performance, and security of our platforms - from proactive monitoring to incident resolution
- Improve observability and transparency using Prometheus, Grafana, and ELK
- Support and evolve our CI/CD pipelines and containerized infrastructure (Docker, Kubernetes)
- Automate processes and infrastructure with Terraform, Ansible, or Pulumi
- Collaborate with development teams and product owners to continuously enhance our DevOps workflows
- Participate in technical discussions, architecture decisions, and internal knowledge sharing
- Contribute to a culture where automation, reliability, and continuous improvement are at the core of how we work
Your qualifications:
- Practical experience in Cloud, Operations, or DevOps Engineering -- ideally gained over the past few years
- Good scripting or programming skills in Python, Bash, or similar languages
- Practical experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools like Terraform, Ansible, or Pulumi
- Solid understanding of AWS, Azure or GCP
- Familiarity with monitoring and logging tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK)
- Experience with container orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes) or motivation to grow into it
- A structured, analytical, and solution-oriented mindset - you like finding elegant answers to complex problems
- Fluent English for international collaboration; German (B2) is a plus for communication in the office

With us, you have the opportunity to actively influence your salary based on your individual performance. For this position it starts at EUR 3.843,- gross per month. We are prepared to offer a higher salary depending on your qualifications and experience.
