Digital Training Expert (m/f/d)
The Global Partner Learning & Digital Enablement team plays a key role in empowering PALFINGER's external partner network, including dealers, service technicians, and operators through scalable, high-impact learning experiences.
This role contributes to shaping PALFINGER's global partner learning ecosystem by defining and implementing global concepts, frameworks, standards, and processes that ensure consistency, scalability, and excellence across all regions.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Create engaging digital learning content (e-learnings, videos, podcasts, infographics, web) using storytelling and adult learning principle
- Coordinate global training programs with structured planning, localization, and on-time delivery
- Manage and update content in the Learning Management System (LMS) for easy access and usability
- Apply AI tools and analytics to boost engagement and measure impact
- Collaboration with cross-functional and regional teams to identify needs and develop effective training solutions
YOUR QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor or Master's degree in Digital Media/Communication/Educational Technology/Business Administration or a comparable field
- Several years of professional experience in digital learning, content creation, or corporate training, preferably within an international business environment
- Proven experience in designing, producing, and managing digital learning assets (e.g., videos, e-learning modules, microlearning content) within a Learning Management System (LMS)
- Strong creative and visual storytelling abilities, combined with in-depth knowledge of instructional design methodologies and adult learning principles
- Fluency in German and English; proficiency in additional languages is an advantage

Minimum yearly gross salary according to the Austrian metal industry collective agreement is EUR 59.766,98 based on full-time employment. According to experience and qualification, we offer a market-conform overpayment.
