Channel Sales Support Specialist (m/f/d)
A Channel Sales Support Specialist (m/f/d) uses a set of processes, tools, and frameworks to track and improve the performance of INNIO's indirect markets in line with globally maintained goals and standards and in alignment with the sales and service teams. This role in addition coordinates, develops and further improves the main aspects of the global communication processes with our Channels.

Your Responsibilities:
- Take lead in channel candidate evaluation, appointment & channel agreement negotiations for defined regions
- Lead the operational partner on- or offboarding, contract management and act as the single point of contact to support contract negotiations, terminations and renewals
- Support in defining an efficient regional go-to-market approach (analyze coverage gaps and define strategy to tackle them)
- Lead and coordinate the annual budget planning process with Channels and ensure continuous performance control and gap analysis during the year
- Leading knowledge campaigns & Channel performance improvement initiatives for any identified performance gaps
- Support in conflict management in external business relationships with both channels and end customers act as main point of contact for Channel's principle management during channel agreement negotations and escalate/involve functional INNIO leadership to ensure a succesful close of contracts
- Provide, self-improve and maintain infrastructure, tools and processes within the Channel lifecycle as well as rules of engagement, training advice and monitoring and act as single point of contact for overarching Channel related concerns
- Take the lead in the coordination of cross-functional content creation (Newsletters, Webinars, Business updates) to ensure our Channels are informed on all relevant Jenbacher business aspects to drive growth
- Support the planning and organization of Channel- and Sales-relevant events such as Distributor conferences
- Maintain and further improve the existing Channel communication infrastructure (incl. building up a communication and exchange platform, contacts management, etc.)
- Cooperate with the various functions and regions for continuous identification and implementation of communication process improvements and simplification initiatives
Your Profile:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, IT, Finance, Marketing, Business Development, Engineering or related discipline
- Experience within a business change environment and program/project management & execution (Green Belt or equivalent quality certification a plus)
- Proven knowledge CRM systems and experience with data retrieval and management
- Demonstrated success in working in a multicultural and virtual organization
- Strong self-motivation, structured working style, and a hands-on mentality
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work across functions and cultures
- Fluency in English & German, 3rd language is a plus
