  • Communicate regularly with all parties about progress, deadlines, and priorities
  • Organize and facilitate meetings--always focused on results and motivation (e.g., Daily Stand-Ups, Check-ins, Retros)

YOUR PROFILE

  • 3-5+ years of experience in project management in a digital environment
  • Completed education in project management, communications, business, or a related field
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams (developers, product, design, communications, QA)
  • Experience managing projects or coordinating teams--ideally in a dynamic, agile environment (e.g., Scrum, Kanban)
  • Structured, proactive, and hands-on mindset
  • Ability to work well with different personalities and remain calm and solution-oriented under pressure
  • Familiarity with tools like Jira, Asana, Confluence, DevOps, Loop, etc.
  • Strong English skills are an advantage as we operate in an international environment

  • Take ownership of your work in a dynamic and supportive setting
  • Exciting development opportunities in a scale-up
  • Flexible full-time or part-time role suitable for healthy worklife balance
  • Long-term employment in a stable company
  • Up-to-date equipment with support for home-office set-up
  • Flexible working hours and home office options
