Head of Global eCommerce (f/m/d)

Ready for your next big ride? As our Head of Global eCommerce, you will shape the global digital future of woom. You will take full responsibility for our global digital strategy, driving growth, customer retention, and long-term profitability across all digital channels. You are the driving force for a seamless, customer-centric experience, defining the innovative strategies to elevate our multichannel business model.
We are ideally looking for a full-time position, but we are open to reducing it to 30h/week for the right person
Your Mission
- You develop and own the overarching global strategy and product roadmap for eCommerce, CRM and Loyalty ensuring alignment with our long-term business goals
- You lead and mentor your direct global team (based in Vienna), fostering a culture of innovation and strategic alignment
- You are the central strategic interface between the global eCommerce Team and our regional eCommerce Teams (Europe and US), as well as with Global Brand and IT teams, fostering collaboration and ensuring the global strategy is successfully adopted
- You together with your team define and mentor global best practices and standards
- You own the functional roadmap for our global eCommerce and CRM technology stack, translating business needs into strategic requirements for our IT and development teams
- You champion a world-class, data-driven UX, ensuring the website experience aligns perfectly with our premium brand and omnichannel strategy
Your Skills
- You bring significant leadership experience (5-7+ years) in a strategic global eCommerce role, ideally in a fast-paced D2C environment
- You are a proven leader with the ability to build, mentor, and inspire your direct reports and unite global teams toward a common goal
- You have a strong "digital sales" mindset and a deep understanding of the key levers for driving traffic, revenue, conversion rates, and customer lifetime value
- You possess a strong strategic and analytical mindset, with a track record of developing and implementing successful eCommerce roadmaps
- You have a solid technical understanding of modern eCommerce ecosystems and their integration with ERP and CRM systems
- You are an exceptional communicator and strategic partner, skilled at influencing and aligning stakeholders across different regions and cultures
- You are Business fluent in English - German is a plus

Our sustainable and lightweight bikes have won awards and created a loyal customer base all over the world! We are an international, multicultural team with more than 15 nationalities. With over 170 employees it can be difficult to maintain the startup atmosphere, so we place a lot of emphasis on a friendly working atmosphere and extensive onboarding.
For this position, we offer you a gross monthly salary starting at EUR 7.200 on a full-time basis. Of course, we take into account your individual qualifications and experience and are willing to pay an appropriate overpayment. We will be happy to discuss details in person.
