Business Analys/Commercial Finance Analyst (m/w/d)

About the role:

• Preparing monthly and ad-hoc reports and analyses for Finance and Sales within set deadlines
• Creating and maintaining Power BI reports
• Ensuring consistent, high-quality data management
• Supporting local teams to increase the usage of business intelligence tools
• Providing training and guidance to stakeholders for preparing customer budgets and forecasts using the common tool
• Testing, implementing, and further developing statistical models for the customer budget and forecast tool
• Managing and following up on projects
• Coordinating with stakeholders and collaborating with other departments (Sales, Marketing, IT, etc.)

About you:

• University degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field (preferred)
• 1-3 years of experience in controlling, sales controlling, business analysis, or similar functions (preferred)
• Strong knowledge of Power BI and MS Excel; willingness to work with various IT systems and tools and ability to handle large datasets
• Fluency in English (mandatory)
• A team player with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Proactive, strategic, and analytical mindset; results-oriented, accountable, and confident in challenging situations with strong problem-solving abilities
