As part of the global Business Applications and Analytics team within the Global On Premise team at headquarters, you'll play a key role in supporting the enhancement and optimization of our sales applications and tools, contributing to the improvement of global reporting processes in the On Premise. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the development and refinement of critical sales systems. Working in close alignment with Global On Premise Reporting functions, as a working Student you'll support in managing specific data & reporting change projects from start to end.

We are looking for motivated working student to start in March 2026 working 20-25 hours per week.

RESPONSIBILITIES

All the responsibilities we'll trust you with:

SALES APPLICATIONS, DATA & REPORTING QUALITY ASSURANCE

In this role, you'll take care about the QA validation processes, ensuring data consistency, integrity, completeness, accuracy, and timeliness across our sales tools and reports. By analyzing internal sales applications, you'll identify and propose optimizations -- from master data setup to application configuration -- that enhance efficiency and usability.

Working closely with the project team, you'll contribute to the improvement of existing sales reports and the development of new ones. This includes tasks such as defining KPIs, aligning with stakeholders, creating test data, and supporting business user acceptance testing (UAT).

Additional you'll also help drive system changes from initial concept through to execution -- such as redesigning customer attribution processes from the source system to final reporting.

KNOWLEDGE MANAGEMENT

As part of the team, you'll contribute to the creation and enhancement of training materials - including e-learnings and documentation -- to support both existing and upcoming global reporting solutions. These resources help ensure that our global teams can effectively adopt and work with new reporting tools and updates.

Experience

Your areas of knowledge and expertise

That matter most for this role:

  • Student in Business Management, IT & Systems Management, Business Informatics or similar studies
  • Very good English skills (written and spoken), german is a plus
  • Ideally first experience with data management using CRM Systems, MS Excel, Data Visualization Tools (SAC, Tableau, PowerBI) etc.
  • Strong analytical ability with attention to details
  • A structured, process and solution-oriented approach with the ability to understand sales processes
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with a team-oriented mindset and the ability to effectively engage with stakeholders at various levels
  • Quick learner, self-motivated and able to work independently
  • Travel: 0-10 %
