We are looking for a visionary leader to guide our Applied AI and Analytics efforts within the Computational Innovation Team in Vienna, Austria. In this position, you will establish and mentor a team of specialists dedicated to advancing machine learning and AI approaches that enhance decision‑making across the drug discovery continuum.
Your group will work alongside computational biologists, data engineers, and therapeutic area experts to unlock value from diverse large‑scale datasets, including disease models, patient records, and perturbation screens.
By implementing and applying advanced analytical tools and models, your team will help deepen our understanding of disease mechanisms, support the identification of new therapeutic opportunities, and contribute to defining patient‑relevant biomarkers, with a strong emphasis on oncology.
This role offers the chance to shape a rapidly evolving capability, introduce state‑of‑the‑art methodologies, and drive high‑impact analytical solutions that accelerate our research and strengthen our discovery pipeline.
The remuneration for this position starts at EUR 108.000 gross annual target salary per year (full time). The actual salary package depends on professional experience and qualifications. We will be happy to discuss further details in person.
