Aufgaben:
- Define and lead data strategy initiatives, aligning data collection and preparation with organizational goals.
- Drive the development, validation and deployment of advanced machine learning and statistical models.
- Provide strategic guidance by translating complex data insights into impactful business recommendations.
- Oversee the integration of predictive models into scalable data products and operational processes.
- Ensure alignment of data science methodologies with organizational governance, quality and ethical standards.
- Automate, maintain, operate and continuously improve data pipelines.
Qualifikationen:
- At least 5 years of relevant professional experience in the field of Data Science or Data Enginnering.
- Proficiency in programming languages (Python, R, SQL) and machine learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch).
- Experience with data visualization tools and techniques to present actionable insights.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Methodical, structured and proactive way of working.
- Team player qualities and strong communication skills.
- Very good German and English skills.
