The IT Governance & DORA Expert plays a central role in strengthening the digital operational resilience andregulatory compliance of Erste Asset Management. In this position, you will shape and drive our IT governanceframeworks, risk management strategies, and organization-wide DORA compliance initiatives.
Acting as a key bridge between business units, IT teams, and external partners, you will ensure that our ITenvironment remains robust, secure, and fully aligned with evolving regulatory requirements. This role offersthe opportunity to make a visible impact in a dynamic setting while supporting our mission to deliver reliableand compliant IT operations.
Your Tasks
- Degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, or a related field
- Several years of experience in IT Governance and IT Risk Management
- Excellent analytical skills and a structured, solution-oriented approach
- Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team
