Make It Real!
At Borealis, we see data and AI as strategic business enablers--not technical add-ons. As we accelerate our transformation, we're looking for a business leader who can turn data-driven innovation into measurable performance impact.
This role sits within the PO business organisation and acts as a catalyst for rethinking how we plan, operate, and create value. You will partner across functions, challenge established ways of working, and scale advanced analytics and AI across the business in a responsible and sustainable way. Together with IT and Digital Solutions, you will ensure that every solution we deploy is secure, scalable, and fit for purpose.
As Manager of Data Innovation & Advanced Analytics, you will:
You are a strategic thinker with strong business acumen and a track record of using data and analytics to drive tangible impact. You thrive in complex, cross-functional environments and bring the influencing skills needed to shape decisions from the shop floor to the executive table.
You value diversity, equity, and inclusion and actively foster an environment where people can contribute, grow, and succeed.
Borealis has competitive compensation and benefits which you can read more about on our Career Page.
We offer compensation based on the collective labor agreement starting at EUR 108.000 annual gross salary (based on 38 hrs/week) plus a yearly bonus, and are willing to pay more based on your experience and background.
For this role in Vienna, we also offer:
Join a business that is committed to innovation, sustainability, and the growth of its people. Here, you will have the autonomy to shape our journey, the mandate to innovate, and the opportunity to create lasting impact across our PO operations.
