• You lead and develop a team of IT Project Managers and create an environment where people can grow, perform and succeed.
• You coach and mentor your team in mastering complex software implementation projects and support them in making confident decisions in demanding project situations.
• You strengthen the professional capabilities of the IT Project Management team by fostering knowledge sharing, structured onboarding, and continuous learning.
• You ensure that project management standards, governance and delivery processes are consistently applied across all projects.
• You drive the continuous improvement of project management practices, methodologies, and tools.
• You align closely with internal stakeholders across the Implementation organization to ensure strong end-to-end project execution.
• You act as a trusted escalation partner and help resolve complex project or process challenges.
• You represent the IT Project Management team in leadership discussions and ensure transparency on team performance, resource capacity and project risks.

• You bring several years of experience in software or IT project management, ideally in complex technical environments.
• You have experience in leading, mentoring or developing people and enjoy helping others grow.
• You combine strong leadership skills with hands-on project management expertise.
• You are confident working with cross-functional stakeholders and senior management in an international environment.
• You have a strong understanding of project governance, delivery processes and project management methodologies.
• Ideally, you have experience in intralogistics systems or complex software solutions (WMS, WCS or similar environments).
• You are a structured, solution-oriented leader with excellent communication skills.
• You are fluent in English and German.
