Your Responsibilities in our team

• Take end-to-end responsibility for designing, developing, testing, and deploying data and application solutions in Palantir Foundry.
• Build and implement data models and transformations, Python, PySpark, and Foundry-native capabilities, ensuring scalable and reliable data integration.
• Develop business-facing applications, workflows, and operational use cases (e.g. Workshop) in Foundry, translating business requirements into productive solutions.
• Work closely with business and technical stakeholders to understand requirements, refine use cases, and convert them into implementable solution designs.
• Implementation of AI/ML-enabled use cases within the Foundry environment, including predictive analytics, generative AI, and agent-based workflows where relevant.
• Analyze, troubleshoot, and optimize existing data processes, integrations, and application performance in an agile delivery environment.
• Own delivery from requirements clarification through development, testing, deployment, and user enablement.

Your Profile

• Completed degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
• 3-4+ years of professional experience in data engineering, application development, or platform implementation.
• Mandatory: hands-on project experience with Palantir Foundry in a delivery/implementation role.
• Strong technical skills in Python, PySpark, Typescript or React
• Strong understanding of end-to-end solution delivery, from requirements gathering and design to implementation, testing, and go-live.
• Experience working in agile teams and translating business needs into technical solutions.
• Experience with AI/ML use cases is a plus, especially within enterprise data platforms.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Structured, hands-on, and collaborative working style with the ability to drive topics independently.

On a full‑time basis, we offer an entry salary for Senior Associate from EUR 60,000 per year (all‑in) or for Manager an annual target salary (including variable components) from EUR 77,000 (all‑in). Depending on your qualifications and experience, we will agree your actual salary in a personal conversation. Do you have more to offer than the minimum? So do we.
