Master Data Engineer | Poysdorf, AT
YOUR TASKS
In your role as a Master Data Engineer, you ensure that production processes, material flows, bills of materials, routings and system configurations are represented correctly, consistently and efficiently.
- Master Data Management: Creation, maintenance and optimization of material master data, bills of materials, routings and manufacturing structures, ensuring consistently high data quality
- System & Process Integration: Close collaboration with Production, Engineering, Supply Chain and IT to secure seamless data flows and support the further development of ERP systems
- Data Analysis & Reporting: Development of KPIs and dashboards, execution of data analyses to identify improvement opportunities, and support during audits and compliance activities
- Projects & Continuous Improvement: Participation in digitalization and automation initiatives, development of standards and governance models, and training of business units on master data processes
YOUR PROFILE
You have several years of experience in master data management and a solid understanding of manufacturing processes, BOM logic, routings and production control. You also bring:
- A completed degree in industrial engineering, mechanical engineering, computer science, production engineering or a comparable qualification
- Strong expertise in ERP systems, ideally in SAP PP/MM
- Fluent English; German is an advantage
- High level of initiative and solution orientation
- Structured, process‑oriented way of working
- Team orientation and enjoyment in collaborating with both technical and commercial departments

Your salary is based on your qualifications and experience and will be discussed personally. According to the collective agreement, the minimum salary is EUR 3.348,62 gross per month.
