Job description
- Act as the Global SAP MM Template Owner (m/f/d) for the Demand‑to‑Pay (D2P) process
- Drive standardization and harmonization of SAP D2P processes across all companies and regions
- Maximize the use of standard SAP functionality, automation, and process usability
- Contribute conceptually to the global S/4HANA implementation, with a focus on operational and strategic sourcing
- Provide expert consulting to the business on procurement process improvements
- Manage and prioritize the purchasing‑related backlog within the Solution Team
- Ensure compliance with the procurement template during future S/4HANA rollouts and continuously improve it
- Act as the single point of truth for the procurement template, collaborating closely with local process owners (m/f/d) and procurement teams
- Develop process documentation and user (m/f/d) guides; organize and deliver international trainings and workshops
- Define, monitor, and report KPIs to measure process performance and support continuous improvement

Salary package and benefits: The collective minimum monthly salary for this position is EUR 3.802,93 (monthly gross salary). Willingness to overpayment depending on your professional experience and qualifications.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Finance, or a related field; Master's degree is a plus
- Proven experience in a similar role with global process ownership and Demand‑to‑Pay / Purchase‑to‑Pay enviroments
- Solid experience with SAP MM, ideally in an S/4HANA environment
- Strong project management experience in international IT, transformation, or template‑based projects
- Strong analytical, structured, and solution‑oriented mindset
- Very good communication, moderation, and training skills
